8posts · Joined 2020. #3 · Mar 19, 2020. So I found the fix. It turns out the cable that connects the pull handle to the latching mechanism came free from the clamps on the inside of the door. This video was very helpful to see how to remove the door card and to see how the cable connects to the pull. It was fixed and reassembled in 15 minutes!
