Flashing odometer usually means a canbus proxy alignment is needed. The B&M module is one the canbus so this may be a clue to your problem - the body computer doesn’t see the B&M module. This is carried out using Examiner (Theres two other devices that can do it that ive seen) and allows the ECU to re-learn which other control units are present in the car.

It used to work fine, now if I toggle to "Media" the display just shows "No source available" or something similar. Any ideas? It crossed my mind to flash the firmware, but that is kinda hard without the USB port.

Asposted above, early Giuliettas had just USB. If it had aux as well there would be a 3.5mm jack next to the USB port. Best solution is to put your music onto a usb stick and leave it in the car. That way you can leave your phone in your pocket/jacket or whatever and it'll connect to B&M vie Bluetooth.

Plugthe device into another USB port. Remove any USB hubs and connect the device to a USB port on the computer. Disconnect the device from the computer. Right-click the device, and select Uninstall. Check the box next to Delete the driver software for this device (if it is shown).

I use a very compact usb hub and put it in the center console, giving me about 5 usb ports in that compartment. 2 fast chargers for the 12v adapter for phones and 3 on the hub for the 256gb usb/Music and any thing else I need to plug in. As of this morning I went to get in the car & door wouldn't open, at first I thought door was just frozen shut, but appears not the case, all other doors opened fine. Handle pulls like normal just doesn't feel like it's engaging properly. It was only -3 & feels like another poor quality item from alfa.
